Growing up in India, I traveled a lot. I was fascinated by the beautiful hand craftsmanship in every part of the country. When I moved to NY, I knew one day I would bring those unique fabrics to create a sustainable fashion brand and make a bold fashion statement.
After working in corporate for 20 years I knew it was time for me to pursue my dreams. The idea was to create a fashion brand that helps reduce fashion environmental impact, preserves the handcrafted art and gives back to the artisans. My love for sustainability and fashion came together when we designed a unique Monali G jacket using Kantha fabrics and embroidered vintage fabric to create a unique conversation piece. We work with all fair trade certified vendors only. All packaging for the brand is created keep sustainability in mind.
